Evaporative Cooling - this simple and effective technology works by combining water with our unique Fabric to create garments that gradually release water through evaporation to keep you cool, but comfortable. This amazing device can be used by workmen, people working outside, hunters or for those who wish to stay cool in the midday heat.
When dipped in water, the cooling vest activates the cooling process by charging the fibers with moisture and creating an environment for evaporation. When moisture in the material evaporates, heat is removed and cools the surrounding area, transferring the cooling effect to the wearer. After dipping the vest in water it will be dry to the touch. Depending upon the environment this cooling could last up to 8 hours, and can be recharged again by simply immersing the product in water to restart the cooling process.
